I would give a billion stars to Mike Habib if I could! We filed an OIC with the IRS and settled successfully with zero issues (it took a year, no less - but that's thanks to the IRS being majorly backlogged). Mike knows his stuff so they didn't come back to me asking for any more paperwork than I initially provided with our application. What's more, I had initially reached out to a different tax attorney who told me it would not be possible. Thank you, Mike! Will be forever grateful to not have IRS issues hanging over us.

I would give him 10 stars if I could! He handled my audit for 2 years, very professionally. My audit was not even based in CA but he guided me to transfer the case to his district in CA. I must say he did come across from the very beginning as very competent and knowledgeable. You do not even have to meet with him face to face, I never did and my complicated case for 2 years of tax returns audit were resolved unchanged by IRS. He can handle your case wherever you are and being audited. His fees might sound a lot but it will be worth it since you are paying for his top expertise.

Mike is a true professional. He really came thru for me and my business. Dealing with the IRS is very scary. I can't begin to convey ALL that Mike Habib EA successfully did for us after YEARS of using an attorney and a CPA, unsuccessfully. Our case with IRS is old and very complicated and after spending tens of thousands of dollars we gave up until the IRS created a crisis situation for us. I scoured the internet for help, made a couple of calls but often the attorneys or CPAs would hand you over to someone who works for them. I can’t work with that. We needed significant expertise.
